A tree limb fell and disconnected the power line from my house. Unfortunately this happened on Thanksgiving Day! Oncor was happy to turn off electrical (for safety reasons) and said we just needed to get an electrician out and then to call them and they’d reconnect power. It sounded so simple, right? Well after numerous attempts at getting an electrician, Felipe came and assessed the damage, on a Sunday! He gave me an estimate to do the work. Then I found out we also needed a permit and city inspection which could take days. Felipe and his team coordinated all of this for me and got an emergency inspection by the city. All the work was completed by Monday afternoon. And they even replaced a board on the house that was pulled off. I just wish Oncor was as easy to work with. It took them until Tues at 11pm to get power back on! Thanks Felipe for giving me peace of mind and handling for me!

Ever since we bought our first home, my wife and I wanted to have recessed lights installed in the main living area of the house. The room only had a ceiling fan with a bowl light, and it didn't provide enough light to the room. More importantly, we also needed to have a backup power solution to our home, as we often lose power for several hours during heavy storms, and we both work from home full time. We hired Koryente Electrical Services to do the job, and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. The owner asked us several questions, and walked us through the available lighting options, and gave us their pros and cons (cost, ease of installation/replacement, longevity, etc). I've dealt with contractors before, but never have I had an experience where the contractor worked as if they had my best interests in mind from the start to finish, rather than their own. Some might try and use their clients' naivety to take advantage for profit, but Koryente wanted to be sure that when it was all said and done, that we were happy with every aspect of the work. The owner, a Master electrician, who currently holds an Unlimited License issued by North Carolina (the highest license that one can obtain) is also fully licensed to work in the states of Texas and Florida.

Amazing to work with! Had other electricians not show up or call back, but Felipe always did. They pulled and rewired wire to an outbuilding on the property. Showed up when they said they would and started two days earlier then planned! So nice to have power again! Also, before they left helped me troubleshoot another panel that the last electrician left with loose wiring. Will definitely call Koryente again!

Felipe and his team are awesome, they have great customer service, are very communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and they were able to come out the next day. The lights in my house were flickering and power was going out when I used any appliance and Wilson was able to identify the problem quickly and was able to help me get in touch with OnCor to fix the problem I was having. He also called OnCor to do what he could to remediate the problem. After Wilson left, both he and Felipe called later on in the day to check to see if OnCor had fixed the issue. You don’t get this level of customer service anymore, and this is a company I am glad to do business with again.

I had them install an outlet for an EV charging station. They were very professional they showed up on time. I wanted certain materials used and they made sure they used the outlet and breaker that I wanted. I would definitely use them again.

Koryente upgraded my electrical fuse box in preparation for receiving solar panels installed on the roof. They also installed a whole home surge protector and brought everything up to current building code. They also installed my solar batteries and replaced my home thermostat. Always on time and cleaned up when finished. Very polite and they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them for any electrical work needed.

Hired Koryente to come out and wire in my new hot tub to the disconnect and breaker panel. They were very responsive and easy to work with to get this scheduled and done. Work was quick, neat and reasonably priced. I had an issue with my permit as well and they were very quick to work with the city to get the issue resolved.

Installed Generac home back-up Gas Generator to power my home in power outage situations. They did an excellent job and overcame tough permitting requirements for the Electrical and Plumbing. Do to their attention to detail and closely working with inspection requirements and the inspectors the job was completed for the winter season. At my request, "The Team" replaced the entrance breaker panel too, as the home was nearly 30 years old and all code was adhered to and new breakers installed. They will also be available for the future when ever needed. They are easy to contact and call back to answer questions and kept their word to do every thing they said they would do. All work was permitted and inspected to protect our home.
